People have been playing with the idea of a flying car for quite a while, and creating a car that is able to moonlight as an airplane is a dream of many automotive engineers. Several flying car concepts have been made in recent years, but most of them didn't seem too feasible and haven't evolved into anything more than a concept. But, there is one project that gives us hope that flying cars can become a reality in a couple of years. It's the TF-X Project, which was developed by Terrafugia, an aircraft manufacturing company with headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. Terrafugia unveiled their first project in 2009. It's a roadable airplane called Terrafugia Transition, it's made of carbon fiber and it is supposed to have a 425 nmi range and a top speed of 93 kn. Transition is planned to go on sale in 2015.
The TF-X is Terrafugia's second attempt at making a fully operational flying car, which was unveiled on May 7, 2013. It's a tilt-rotor, plug-in hybrid vehicle, that can be recharged by plugging it into the same charging stations that electric car owners use now. It has four wheels, along with wings that have rotors on them, which allow the vehicle to fly by rotating horizontally. The rotors are set in a vertical position before taking off, which enables the car to take off vertically.

Technology can effectively help business owners to raise capital, track payments and receipts, and increase sales in a more effective manner. Processes may already be there that do many of these things, and these can be replaced to take advantage of their technological counterparts to save on manpower and increase efficiency. With others, a few adjustments may be in order to garner the full benefits. There will often be short-term challenges to carrying through such changes, but the eventual benefits will almost certainly outweigh the immediate hassle.
Time tracking software is widely available to increase productivity by focusing on the amount of time that is being spent on different tasks. Open source applications are worth exploring as a more cost-effective alternative to big brand alternatives.

There’s no bigger misfit in gaming right now than Android’s Ouya console. Why? Because it’s not a Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo product. And for the ordinary consumer, that’s a problem.
The gaming hardware business has, more or less, always been a three-horse race – in fact, the only time it seemed it was about to see a fourth competitor (Microsoft), Sega declared third-party status and dropped out of the marathon. Though Ouya has some revolutionary qualities, its probability of failure is, sadly, about as likely as the next Zelda game involving a sword, a shield, and a princess.
